How it works
Using EVA Kiosk, visitors, staff, and contractors check in on the iPad answering all the screening questions you set up.

Create multiple visitor types with different screening questions. For example, visitors can complete a non-disclosure agreement, and contractors can acknowledge the site health and safety procedures and complete inductions.

If visitors prefer a contactless sign-in, they can scan the QR code displayed on the kiosk using their phone camera (or our free EVA Check-in app) and complete the check-in on their phone.

Hosts can automatically be notified of their visitor’s arrival via SMS, email, or Teams.

Optionally print badges for guests – via Airprint connected label printers.

Management of EVA Kiosk
EVA Kiosk is administered via EVA Check-in secure web portal.

Set up and manage reporting for all visitor management and site safety needs in the portal. Easily see who’s on-site, manage emergency evacuations, send pre-arrival questionnaires, and set up a process for reporting hazards on site. When using EVA Check-in for site safety, you’ll have a documented record of your safety processes and inductions.

Support your welcome experience with a customized check-in that includes your logo, brand colours, and background image.

Data security
All check-in data is encrypted, sent, and stored securely. Built by Theta, an ISO27001 certified developer.

EVA Check-in has additional privacy measures built-in for added security. Such as masking visitor data, flexible data retention policies, and fine-grained security roles. It also prevents data leaking by replacing autocomplete functions on repeat sign-in with other ways of accelerating sign-ins for repeat visitors, including EVA Pass.
